How will you be celebrating Goonies Day this year? Me? I will be dawning my Chunk costume and eating a gallon of Mississippi Mud ice cream. I will wash it down with some V8 (hit puree) and a Baby Ruth. Once I finish rigging my house up with booty traps I’ll grab my spanish doubloon and head out for a bike ride to look for the treasure I buried last year.

This year on Goonies Day my buddy opened a new tattoo shop in our town so we celebrated the grand opening with a huge 3 hour, city(s) wide, One Eyed Willy Scavenger Hunt, followed by a free midnight showing of The Goonies at the local theatre! Was AWESOME! Never Say Die!
My daughter was born @ 11:30 pm…on Goonies Day!
